At Jacqueline Shaw we believe that quality is the one thing that defines our brand. All our pearls are hand-picked and rated with scrutiny, and where there are silver, gold and other gemstones used, these are also chosen and applied with great care.

14-day No-Quibble Returns and Exchange Policy

Buying a gift for someone and you aren't sure you've made the right choice? Want to try out that strand of pearls for a couple for a couple of days before your final decision? We offer a 14-day 'no questions asked' returns policy, starting from your day of receiving the product. You can return the product for a full refund, or exchange with another item, within this period, provided that the product and it's original packaging box are damaged.

You can exchange for cheaper items if you wish, and we will refund you the difference.

You can also try out earrings and return them. We have a standard sanitising process for any returned earrings, and they will also go through another round of quality control, like all other returned products.

One Year Quality Guarantee

We also guarantee the quality of our pearl jewellery for one year after your purchase. This is specifically for the silver or gold jewellery parts breaking, or pearl strings loosening.

Very importantly, if the pearls themselves are damaged during this time, we won't be able to replace them. This is because pearls really rely on their owners to take care of them as they are relatively fragile gemstones. Things like perfume, alcohol, hand sanitiser or any other chemical based products could easily damage the lustre and surface of the pearls.
